A magical place where a magical (mutual) decision was made despite an attack of killer swans!! Is Loch Lomond an insight to eternity?? I/We will be back....

Great website. I visited Balmaha about 20 years ago with my Dad for a "leaving school" treat. Beautiful place. Visited again in summer last year and glad to see that not much has changed except for some improvements. Didn't catch much though! Just happy to be in the surroundings.

I fondly remember George and also Sandy from when I worked at Inchmurrin Hotel in the summer of 1989. I think in fact George's niece was also there at the time - Jill Cloughley. Sadly I've never been back but I fully intend to this summer.

About 30 years ago, I went on the mailboat with my family. I retired recently as a professor/physician. As a hobby I have visited every Scottish inhabited island. Hence i came again yesterday on the mailboat to visit Inchmurrin. Glorious day, and delightful visit - just as I remember it on the last occasion. Best wishes for the continuing success of what you do.
