Great website. I visited Balmaha about 20 years ago with my Dad for a "leaving school" treat. Beautiful place. Visited again in summer last year and glad to see that not much has changed except for some improvements. Didn't catch much though! Just happy to be in the surroundings.

hi there ive fished the bay for big perch over the last few years its been great had occasional big perch occasional even bigger perch maybe 2 2.5 pound great pike fishin to all the best for the forth comin year j j

I fondly remember George and also Sandy from when I worked at Inchmurrin Hotel in the summer of 1989. I think in fact George's niece was also there at the time - Jill Cloughley. Sadly I've never been back but I fully intend to this summer.

About 30 years ago, I went on the mailboat with my family. I retired recently as a professor/physician. As a hobby I have visited every Scottish inhabited island. Hence i came again yesterday on the mailboat to visit Inchmurrin. Glorious day, and delightful visit - just as I remember it on the last occasion.
